A living room with a view

The open plan living and dining area looks out on to an expansive view of Wellington’s beautiful harbour. From here you can watch ships and yachts pass by, or occasionally catch sight of a pod of dolphin or visiting Orca. The living room is equipped with Sky TV, home cinema and stereo, and you can connect your laptop with free broadband internet access.

The master bedroom

This beautiful master bedroom gives you sea views – it comes complete with a Queen size bed and semi-ensuite bathroom. All cotton linen is provided too. Nothing beats breakfast in bed with a view of the beautiful ever-changing seascape.

The second bedroom

This bedroom has a tiltaway Queen sized bed and all linen is provided. The second bedroom has been cleverly designed so that it can be also be used as a second dining room. The kitchen area is located off the second bedroom / second dining room. It is compact in size.

The en-suite bathroom

This bathroom is semi-ensuite to the master bedroom, and includes a shower over the long bath, and clean, fresh towels are provided for you.

The Jacuzzi

Although Seatoun beach is only a five minute walk away, you don’t even need to go that far to enjoy the water. Seaward is equipped with a spa, which is carefully positioned to make the most of the stunning view.

The Laundry

Seaward is equipped with clothes washer and seperate drier.

Transport

Seaward is within easy reach of the city and airport, express bus stops are located right outside Seaward, and the airport is a five minute taxi ride away. During the morning and evening peak periods, you can also take the Seatoun ferry to and from Wellington – it’s a great way to enjoy the stunning harbour.

Easy access

The retreat is on a hillside, but you have easy access to the front door. Like many Wellington houses, Seaward is equipped with its own cable car. It’s easy to use and it makes light work of carrying you and your suitcase at the start of your holiday. Handy on-street parking is available.
